PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain socket having little adverse influence on a drainage channel of the other apparatus, without having influence on the siphon action of a flush toilet bowl, in the drain socket of the flush toilet bowl for merging waste water from the other apparatus. SOLUTION: This drain socket of the flush toilet bowl communicates these drainage channels with a drain pipe by merging the drainage channel of the flush toilet bowl with the drainage channel of the other apparatus. The drain socket is composed of a first drainage channel forming part having a drain pipe part continuously arranged on the downstream side of an insertion port part for storing a drain port of the flush toilet bowl, and a second drainage channel forming part having an upper opening bottomed cylindrical part, a connection port arranged in a side part of this cylindrical part and connected to the drainage channel of the other apparatus and a downwardly projected communicating part. An upper opening of the cylindrical part is blocked up by the first drainage channel forming part. A lower end part of the drain pipe is opposed in close vicinity to an inflow port of the communicating part or enters the inside of the communicating part, and forms a void between the lower end part and the communicating part, and forms a communicating space for communicating the connection port with the communicating part.
