PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a clean appearance for a long period of time by allowing the intermediate part in the vertical direction of a wall which part is most conspicuous and the upper part which is hard to clean to be stained, provide the lower part of the wall which is not conspicuous with an indoor air conditioning function such as humidity control, adsorption/decomposition of VOC and to facilitate cleaning of the lower part even when it is stained. SOLUTION: The surface of the intermediate and upper part in the vertical direction of the wall 2 of the living room 1 is an anti-staining wall part 3 having an anti-staining property. The lower part of the wall 2 is an interior air conditioning wall part 4 having a humidity control property and/or the function of adsorbing/decomposing a volatile organic compound.
