PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical system allowing an operator to precisely grasp the state of a balloon by displaying control information of a balloon control device inflating/deflating the balloon provided in a medical appliance on an observation monitor, facilitating the operation, shortening observation/processing times, and reducing the fatigue of the operator and the burden of a patient. SOLUTION: This medical system is constituted of an endoscope 1 having the balloon 12 and inserted into the body cavity as the medical appliance, and the balloon control device 23 sending air to the balloon 12.
