PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone surgery guiding apparatus by which a plurality of guiding sleeves are mounted to a guiding apparatus main body easily and precisely. SOLUTION: The bone surgery guiding apparatus for guiding bone surgery devices 141 and 143 to be applied to a bone 1 is provided with: the guiding apparatus main body 110 constituted so as to be positioned and fixed directly or indirectly to the bone; the plurality of guiding sleeves 121 and 122 constituted to be guided toward the bone by the main body and to guide the bone surgery devices; and a sleeve holder 131 constituted so as to be able to integrally hold the plurality of guiding sleeves to be in a prescribed positional relation in the case of mounting them to the main body mutually.
