PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new highly effective bispecific antibody fragment recognizing either of lymphocyte antigen CD2 and various tumor antigens. SOLUTION: This new highly effective bispecific antibody fragment comprises the first binding site for binding to the epitope of tumor antigen and the second binding site for binding to the epitope of CD2 antigen, and is represented by BAbY, or BAbY (BAb is a bispecific antibody; X is an antibody-determining group recognizing tumor antigen; AICD2.
