PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving attitude adjusting apparatus of an automobile that can adjust a position of a seat or an on-vehicle member in a certain rule during a travel of the automobile, can further stably adjust the driving attitude by changing the rule according to a plurality of driving states, and certainly prevents an operational error of each on-vehicle member. SOLUTION: The driving attitude adjusting apparatus comprises position adjusting switches 13, 39a, 47a and 68a capable of individually adjusting a seat position adjusting mechanism 20 and member position adjusting means 30, 40 and 60, a plurality of travel state detecting means 94, 95, 96, 97, 98 and 74 for detecting the plurality of travel states including the vehicle speed, and an adjustment regulation control means 73 for regulating a position adjustment operation in adjusting the seat position adjusting mechanism 20 and member position adjusting means 30, 40 and 60 with the position adjusting switches 13, 39a, 47a and 68a when the automobile is determined to be in a predetermined travel state with the detection result of the travel state detecting means.
