PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument panel locating structure having ease in installing work and capable of restraining increase of manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: An engaging part 23 to engage a locating pin 22 with a locating hole 21 when the locating pin 22 is removed in the slipping-out direction due to movement by rolling of an instrument panel body 19 is provided between the locating pin 22 and the locating hole 21. This engaging part 23 has a first protruded part 22b integrally projected and formed from a lower side surface part 22a of the locating pin 22 and a second protruded part 21b integrally projected and formed from an inner peripheral surface lower surface 21a of the locating hole 21 and to be engaged with the first protruded part 22b.
