PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor panel structure which reduces vibrating energy of a floor panel transmitted from a frame member of a vehicle body and reduces acoustic radiation from the floor panel. SOLUTION: The floor panel structure constituting a vehicle floor comprises the floor panels 2, 4, 6 connected with a plurality of the frame members 20, 22, 27, 28, 29, 30, 36, 37 connected with an engine 40 or suspensions 44, 48 arranged in the longitudinal and width directions of the vehicle body. Panel areas S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7, S8, S11, S15, S16 surrounded by the frame member and/or vibration control parts 52, 54, 56, 58 for controlling a vibration area are formed in the floor panel. A high-rigidity part 70 protruding in the upward or downward direction is formed in the panel areas and a low-rigidity part 62 is formed around the high-rigidity part, and a part of the high-rigidity part is formed to come into contact with the frame member and/or the vibration control part.
