PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a cleaning apparatus capable of performinga cleaning in a short operation period of time by a small number of operators, recovering sewage produced after cleaning and utilizing the recovered sewage. SOLUTION: The cleaning apparatus comprises: a tank part for storing cleaning water; a water feed part which sucks cleaning water from the tank part and injects the cleaning water at a high pressure from injection ports; a water receiving part for recovering the sewage produced by injecting toward wall surface from the injection port; a filtration part which is disposed on the water receiving part and separates impurities from the sewage; and a water lifting part which sucks the sewage freed from the impurities by the filtration part and feeds the sewage freed from the impurities into the tank part. The injection ports are disposed radially toward the wall surface with respect to a pedestal part disposed so as to freely slide toward the before and behind direction on the upper side of the water receiving part.
