PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insert the distal end part of a spreader and to enlarge the using range of a hydraulic actuation device provided with the spreader. SOLUTION: In the spreader 3 composed of a pair of planar pawl members 2 with thickness whose respective proximal end parts 2b are attached swingably to a main body casing 8 by a swing shaft 7 and end parts constitute an acute angle shape in the state abutting on each other, inclined surfaces 11 are formed so as to reduce the thickness of the pawl members toward the end respectively on the pair of flat pawl members 2.
