Reactive components are mixed with water. A bonding agent, liquid concrete additives, powdered aggregates and filler are added and mixed with the mixture of reactive components and water to produce a sudsy component which is added with air to produce foam. A further mixing process is then performed. An independent claim is also included for a light material production mechanism.
