The unit has saw tooth serrated areas (27,28) formed in outer periphery of inner head portion (22) and inner periphery of outer head portion (23), such that flat tooth flanks of areas face clamping gap opening (24) through which contractile hose (4) with strand structure extends and teeth lie at same axial level. The outer head portion is designed in form of compression sleeve and is radially pressed with hose end portion.
