<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a power circuit conductor thick from the start, to make a control circuit conductor thin so as to easily from it into a fine pattern, and to make insulating layers used for them different from each other in insulating characteristics. SOLUTION: A power circuit insulating layer 2 and a control circuit insulating layer 3 are formed on the surface of a base metal 1. A power circuit conductor 4 is laminated on the power circuit insulating layer 2, and a control circuit conductor 5 of monolayer or multilayer is stacked on the control circuit insulating layer 3. The power circuit conductors 4 are punched out of a thick metal plate and preliminarily fixed together interposing a link insulator 6 between them. The control circuit conductor 5 is made thin through a wiring printing method. Filler epoxy resin of large thermal conductivity is suitable for the power circuit insulating layer 2, and glass epoxy resin of small permittivity is suitable for the control circuit insulation layer 3. All the metal board is fixed together through a vacuum pressure press.</p> |
