<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of a swash plate compressor and to enhance its quality by fully automating mounting of pistons and shoes on a swash plate. SOLUTION: A slide table 52 movable in a direction perpendicular to the axis O of a rotating shaft 2 is provided, and pistons 4 to be assembled are arranged parallel to one another on the slide table 52. The slide table 52 is advanced, shoes placed in the notched parts of the pistons 4 on the slide table 52 are lifted by a pressure member 54, and the pistons 4 are aligned with the edge of a swash plate 3. A pair of support heads 50, 51 supporting the rotating shaft are provided with shaft support parts supporting the rotating shaft, and piston support parts 67 supporting the pistons 4 are provided in plural circumferential positions around the shaft support parts. The pistons on the slide table 52 are supported by the piston support parts while being assembled to the edge of the swash plate, and integrated rotations of the piston support parts at predetermined intervals are effected in synchronization with the advance of the slide table.</p> |
