The invention relates to a fuel injection valve comprising two injection valve members (28, 128), a second injection valve member (128) being displaceably guided in a hollow first injection valve member (28). The first injection valve member (28) enables at least one first injection opening (32) to be controlled by means of a sealing surface (34) arranged on said valve member, in conjunction with a valve seat (36), and the second injection valve member (128) enables at least one second injection opening (132) to be controlled by means of a sealing surface (134) arranged on said valve member, in conjunction with a valve seat (136). Said fuel injection valve comprises a pressure chamber (40) connected to a high-pressure source (10, 22), and the injection valve members (28, 128) are subjected to the pressure in the pressure chamber (40) on a pressure surface (42; 142) in the closing position thereof, and can be displaced against a closing force in an opening direction (29). A control piston (147) defining a control chamber (50) is associated with the second injection valve member (128) and exerts a force on the second injection valve member (128) in the opening direction (29) by means of the pressure in the control chamber (50). The control chamber (50) is connected to the high-pressure source (10, 22). |
