<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring method and a residual chlorine analyzer capable of washing an electrode by stirring beads excellently even in the case of a small quantity of test water in the residual chlorine analyzer. <P>SOLUTION: This residual chlorine analyzer has a constitution equipped with a measuring vessel for storing the test water, formed to have a bottomed cylindrical shape lengthy in the vertical direction, the beads arranged in the measuring vessel, a bead collection part formed on a bowl-shaped bottom part of the measuring vessel, a test water inlet nozzle part for inputting the test water from the horizontal direction into the bead collection part, a working electrode disposed with the electrode surface facing to the position opposite to the test water inlet nozzle part, and a combined electrode wherein a counter electrode and a reference electrode are disposed oppositely in the measuring vessel on an upper position of the working electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
