PURPOSE: A method of making bean sprouts by spraying an additive-containing solution containing calcium lactate, chitosan, vitamin B3, casein phosphopeptides(CPP) and phosphopeptides on sprouted beans is provided. It increases the taste, nutrients and texture of the bean sprouts. CONSTITUTION: Beans are soaked in water and sprayed with an additive-containing solution after placing the sprouted beans in a seedling plate. The additive-containing solution contains 0.1% by weight of an additive containing calcium lactate, chitosan, vitamin B3, casein phosphopeptides(CPP) and phosphopeptides. |
