The principal object of the present invention relates to the provision of: a) A Noise Suppression Chamber (450)- Mark I b) A Sound Proof Chamber (10)- Mark I c) An Electronic Surveillance Bug Proof Chamber - Mark II In case (a) whereby functioning as a low level noise suppression chamber (45 0) to maintain quiet without adjacent areas in the presence of a noise source propagated fr om within as per Fig. No. 71. In case (b), and case (c) whereby maintaining privacy and integrity of sounds source propagated from within, by restricting its transmission to without said chambers. The latter case (c) is an enhancement of the former case (b). Wherein each of these aforementioned cases having a sealed cavity between all boundary internal, and external surfaces that form said plastic enclosures, comprising a continuous vacuumed cavity roof, and walls having access opening and door, with or without an integral vacuumed cavity floor (20), (42), (43) . By implementing sound absorbing acoustics, and radio frequency blocking surfacing materials, in combination with an electronic signal transmitting detection device, whereby to restrict , detect, and alert of impending violation, and to subject said cavity to a partial vacuum of specified pressure, all as per drawing sheets 1 to 16. Environmental HVAC assist,or attenuated air exchange - air revitalization (334), choice of ventilation system is dependent on THINK TAN K functionality. It is proposed to manufacture THINK TANK in a variety of colors, and incremental sizes, for distribution to the consumer in assembly kit form.
