PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap in which everybody can understand that a lid body is in a favorably opened condition. SOLUTION: An elastic piece 30 is erected from a tip surface of a rib 32 having a hinge part 16 along the inner side of the rib 32. The elastic piece 30 is located on the moving locus of a beam 40 of a contact member 42, and the beam 40 is brought into contact with an inner side of the tip of the elastic piece 30 when a lid body 14 is opened by a predetermined angle. When the lid body 14 is further opened from this condition, the beam 40 allows the elastic piece 30 to be elastically-deformed, and when the beam 40 passes a tip corner part of the elastic piece 30, the elastic piece 30 is flicked to generate a click sound. By generating the click sound with the position of the beam 40 brought into contact with the inner side of the tip of the elastic piece 30 being a reference opening angle of the lid body 14, it is objectively understood that the lid body 14 is opened over the reference opening angle, the lid body 14 is not opened more than required, and the hinge piece 16 is less easily broken.
