PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect physical quantity such as friction force or the like showing friction characteristics between objects to be measured in a dynamic state. SOLUTION: A first object 21 to be measured is attached to the movable part 10C movably provided along a guide part 10B and a second object 22 to be measured is pressed to the first object 21 to be measured attached to the movable part 10C. The first object to be measured and matter integrated with the movable part are moved in a state that the second object to be measured is pressed to the first object to be measured and the inertial force of the matter at the time of movement is detected as the friction force acting across the first and second objects to be measured.
