PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the stop of burning caused by deterioration of burning state in simultaneous burning of both burning parts. SOLUTION: In this combined heat source device having the first burning part 1 for supplying hot water and the second burning part 2 for purposes excluding hot water supply, and controlled to improve the burning state by increasing air supply quantity to each burning part during burning operation in comparison with a standard air quantity corresponding to burning quantity, when the deterioration of burning state is determined on the basis of CO concentration detected by a CO sensor 5 mounted on an exhaust collection part 4a, the burning quantity of the second burning part 2 is reduced while keeping the air quantity supplied to the second burning part 2 when burning state is determined to be deteriorated in operating both the burning parts and the deterioration of burning state is not resolved even when the air supply quantity to each burning part is increased. Thus the concentration of air in the exhaust of the second burning part 2 is increased, CO concentration is lowered by being thinned by the air, and the probability of stop of burning can be minimized.
