PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and easily perform positioning and fixation to a panel installing surface of a panel. SOLUTION: A panel installing structure to a base material 1 in a synthetic resin mold is constituted so that a plurality of clip holes 3 are opened on its one end, and a plurality of locking holes 5 are opened on its other end, respectively on the panel installing surface 1; a plurality of clip support parts 7C provided with a clip 21 and a plurality of locking pieces 9 are projected downward on a reverse surface of the panel P; one inclined seat surface 11S inclining in the direction for expanding upward from the clip center, is formed on one side of the respective clip holes 3; when installing the panel P on the panel installing surface 1, the respective clip support parts 7C and the one inclined seat surface are mutually slidingly contacted and engaged; the panel P is pulled in and guided in the clip center direction and the orthogonal direction to this direction to the panel installing surface 1; the panel P is held in a positioning position by engaging the clip 21 with the clip holes 3, and engaging the locking pieces 9 with the locking holes 5; and an engaging part 9a is formed in the locking pieces 9 for engaging with the locking holes 5 by turning to the same side as the inclined seat surface 11S.
