PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately and inexpensively mold a dynamic pressure generating part in a shaft member in a simple process. SOLUTION: A microscopic droplet 19 of ultraviolet-curing type ink is impacted or dripped on a raw material surface of the shaft member 2 from a nozzle head 11 by an ink jet method. A light source 21 for irradiating an ultraviolet ray is arranged in a position opposed by sandwiching the nozzle head 11 and the shaft member 2. The dynamic pressure generating part is molded by gradually advancing hardening of the ink by impacting or dripping of the ink from the nozzle head 11 and irradiation of the ultraviolet ray from the light source 21 while rotating the shaft member 2.
