PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance robot capable of conveying a garbage vessel arranged at a predetermined place to a garbage collection place. SOLUTION: This conveyance robot 10 provided with wheels (a driving wheel 11 and a steering wheel 12) running on a floor surface, a driving device 13 for driving the driving wheel 11, a steering device 14 for steering the steering wheel 12, and a controller (a main controller 19) for controlling the driving device 13 and the steering device 14 to realize autonomous travel is provided with a loading part 15 capable of elevating and lowering freely. The garbage vessel B is provided at the predetermined place, a space is provided below the garbage vessel B, and the controller realizes autonomous travel to elevate the loading part 15 and lift the garbage vessel B to predetermined height after letting the loading part 15 advance into the space below the garbage vessel B. Then, the controller realizes autonomous travel while the garbage vessel B is loaded in the loading part 15 to convey the garbage vessel B to the garbage collection place and lower the loading part 15 to lower the garbage vessel B.
