PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a rear part of a front sub frame to move toward a vehicle body rear lower part by preventing a sub frame from horizontally moving backward when a load is added on a vehicle body frame from a front surface and the vehicle body frame is deformed. SOLUTION: The rectangular front sub frame 17 for supporting a power plant 21 is composed of front and rear cross members 62, 65 extended in a vehicular width direction, and right and left side members 63, 64 extended in a vehicle body fore-and-aft direction. In the vehicular front part structure wherein the front sub frame 17 is supported by the vehicle body frame 11 extended in the vehicle body fore-and-aft direction from a lower side, a tilting surface 54 tilted downward toward a vehicle body rear part is formed on a vehicle body frame 11, and a projecting portion 61 following the tilting surface 54 is formed on a rear end upper part of the front sub frame 17.
