PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shredder constituted so as to suppress the occurrence of finely cut pieces of which the size is below a set size. SOLUTION: At least one recessed place 26, in which finely cut pieces S get, is formed to each of the annular grooves 10 of a finely cutting rotary blade 25. During one rotation of the finely cutting rotary blade 25, the recessed place 26 reaches the region under the finely cut pieces S at least once. As a result, the finely cut pieces S stagnated at the boundary of a fixed blade 15 and each of the annular grooves 10 are automatically fitted in the recessed place 26 to be discharged to an outlet chamber 20.
