PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent non-dust-collected exhaust gas from flowing into a gas discharge chamber and being discharged to the outside of a system even when a ceramic filter is damaged and to prevent upsizing of a downstream side device such as an air compressor and an exhaust gas attractive machine by suppressing a consumption amount of pulse-jet air for scraping off a deposit. SOLUTION: A lid body 27 is provided at a required position of a pulse air pipe 21 reciprocated in an axial direction of the ceramic filter 10. When the ceramic filter 10 is damaged or the pulse-jet air for scraping off the deposit is jetted into the ceramic filter 10, the pulse air pipe 21 is driven toward the ceramic filter 10 and a base end opening of the ceramic filter 10 is closed by the lid body 27. Flowing of the gas fluid (exhaust gas or pulse-jet air) from an internal space of the ceramic filter 10 to the gas discharge chamber 5 is shut-off. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
