PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve mounting efficiency and design; and to reduce the number of part items of a design cover. SOLUTION: Flange parts 21 and 21 are formed on one end part side of a support member 20, and are mounted by being inserted into and fitted to a flange fitting mounting part 11 formed in the design cover 10, and are relatively positioned and fixed by first locking means 17 and 23 arranged between both. A flange part 35 of a clip 30 inserted into and engaged with a mounting hole 7 formed in an engine 9, is mouunted by being inserted into and fitted to a clip mounting part 25 formed on the other end part side of the support member 20, and is relatively positioned and fixed by second locking means 24 and 36 arranged between both.
