PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-falsification paper capable of arbitrarily carrying out three-dimensional processing scarcely causing shape deformation and arbitrarily changing transparent degree of white watermark, enabling mass-production when making paper, capable of putting watermark into the paper by off-machine processing after papermaking toward specific users and capable of putting watermark therein during a papermaking step in a specific lot. SOLUTION: The problem is solved by putting white watermark into the paper by heat pressure treatment after mixing a natural pulp with a polyolefin-based fiber and making the mixture into paper.
