PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope apparatus in which fetched images are not missed in the case of fetching images corresponding to rectangular screen display, rotating them and the displaying them. SOLUTION: In the endoscope apparatus, a size change processing to the fetched images is performed without missing the fetched images even in the case that the rotating processing of an optional angle is executed prior to the rotating processing to the fetched images by a size change part 23 inside an image processing part 20. Thus, in the case of fetching the images corresponding to the rectangular screen display, rotating them and then displaying them, the fetched images are displayed without being missed.
