<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping joint device easy to mount a piping joint and capable of preventing an airtight member from damaging by forming the piping joint capable of being covered from the outer peripheral side of a piping member. <P>SOLUTION: The piping joint device is provided with a first piping member 2 having a male side joint, a first locking member 10 having a plurality of first diameter expandable/reducible locking portions 14 projecting toward an axial line, and a second piping member 3 having a window 38 engageable with a female side joint and the first locking portion 14. The first locking portions 14 are installed in the window 38, and when connecting the first piping member 2 side not mounting the first locking member 10, the fist piping member 2 and the second piping member 3 are connected with a one action by diameter expanding/reducing of the first locking portions 14. The first locking member 10 is formed in a half-split shape in which the main body is attachable and detachable, and the first locking portion 14 is installed so as to be inserted from the outside of the window 38 into the axial line.
