JOINT STRUCTURE OF BRANCH CONNECTION BODY FOR COMMON-RAIL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the joint structure of a branch connection body for a common rail which ensures an axial force to a sealing surface and the branch connection body and can improve the bending fatigue strength of the branch connection body.

SOLUTION: The joint structure of the branch connection body for a common rail has a system that a screw thread sleeve is mounted concentrically with the seat surface of a main pipe rail and the branch connection body is connected to the main pipe rail through a sleeve washer previously integrally and securely externally fitted in the branch connection body. And it is featured that a gap is provided between the inner peripheral surface of an opening part on the outside of the sleeve washer and the outer peripheral surface of the branch connection body.
