PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure for efficiently cooling the electronic parts of an electric power conversion unit having a plurality of electronic parts that constitute an electric power conversion circuit. SOLUTION: The electric power conversion unit 1 comprises plate-shape electronic part modules 10 constituting an electric power conversion circuit, and flat-shape cooling tubes 20 for letting a coolant flow for cooling the electronic part modules 10. In the electric power conversion unit 1, at least two layers of cooling tubes 20 and at least two layers of electronic part modules 10 are laminated alternately, and both ends of each of the cooling tubes 20 communicate with a pair of header sections 41 and 42 that supply and discharge the coolant. The electric power conversion unit 1 has at least one fixing member 3 for maintaining its laminated structure, and the fixing member 3 exerts a load for neighboring cooling tubes 20 and electronic part modules 10 to abut against each other.
