PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation transmitting device with a built-in one-way clutch having excellent operability under low temperature circumstances and excellent durability under high temperature circumstances. SOLUTION: The rotation transmitting device with a built-in one-way clutch is provided with a sleeve 11, a pulley 12, rolling bearings 2 and 2 provided between opposite peripheral surfaces of the sleeve 11 and the pulley 12 to support the sleeve 11 and the pulley 12 freely to relatively rotate, and a one-way clutch 13 for transmitting the only rotating force for relatively rotating one of the sleeve 11 and the pulley 12 in the predetermined direction in relation to the other by connecting the sleeve 11 and the pulley 12 to each other. Grease composition G is sealed in the rolling bearings 2 and 2 of this rotation transmitting device with a built-in one-way clutch. In the grease composition G, a synthetic group hydrocarbon oil is used as a basic oil, and at least one of metal soap and metal compound soap is used as a thickening agent, and combination of zinc dialkyldithio-phospholic and phosphorus-sulfur group additive except zinc dialkyldithio-phospholic is used as an additive.
