PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin panel capable of sufficiently obtaining the reinforcing effect due to reinforcing fibers, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A fabric sheet 1 is formed by weaving resin fibers 2 and reinforcing fibers 3 to be held between two resin sheets 8 and 9 (contained in the resin sheets) and, since the resin fibers 2 and the resin sheets 8 and 9 are mutually fused by heating, the component of the molten resin fibers 2 becomes a sufficient amount of a binder to closely bond the reinforcing fibers 3 and the peripheral resin sheets 8 and 9 to certainly enhance the reinforcing effect due to the reinforcing fibers 3. Further, since the fabric sheet 1 is formed by weaving the resin fibers 2 into the reinforcing fibers 3, a usual fabric manufacturing apparatus can be used and this manufacturing method is advantageous from an aspect of cost.
