PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote operating apparatus capable of surely controlling a device to be controlled from a remote place. SOLUTION: In the remote operating apparatus 2, operating sections 21 are operated by a user. Antenna coils 221 induce a power by carriers sent from the device to be controlled. Controllers 222 store unique IDs on the insides. Switches 23 are connected among the antenna coils 221 and the controllers 222, and impart the power induced by the antenna coils 221 in response to the operating statuses of the operating sections 21. When the controllers 222 are activated by the power induced by the antenna coils 221, the controllers 222 read the natural IDs on the insides, and generate a response to which the read unique IDs are overlapped.
