摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a developing period in a servo system for position controlling. SOLUTION: When starting operations such as a push button and a key arranged on a servo pump 30 are carried out while no high order controller 11 exists or a high order controller 31 is forced to take no action, a man-machine functioner 31 transmits starting signals to an automatic operational functioner 32, and the automatic operational functioner 32 generates a position reference to make a load device 2 start a reciprocating motion. A position/speed adjusting section 33 performs position/speed adjusting operations on the basis of the position reference, and generates torque reference on the basis of the operation results. Reciprocating motions of the load device 2 are performed so that a servo motor 13 is driven at variable speed by outputting applied voltage and driving current onto the servo motor 13 corresponding to this torque reference from a drive unit 34, and then, a pre-evaluation operation for auto-tuning work and positioning control of a gain of the position/speed adjuster 33 forming a servo amplifier 30 is set to be complete.
