PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device for improving the reutilization of software and suppressing complexity when coping with multiple lines by software and complexity in software when adding functions. SOLUTION: Respective software components for Ans/Fax switching control, Fax/Tel switching control, dial-in control, and transfer control for operation control after arrival signals are provided. The software component for Ans/Fax switching control is selected according to requirements after arrival signals (ST3), and the software component for Fax/Tel switching control (ST5), the software component for dial-in control (ST7), and a software component for Phone Warp standby (ST9) are selected.
