PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speech signal generator which is capable of generating a speech signal for a buzzer sound etc., comfortable in audibility and is mechanically simple. SOLUTION: The speech signal generator D1 includes a signal generation section 11. The generation section 11 generates the speech signal constituted by periodic repetition of rectangular pulses.
