PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and appropriately evaluate a circular-polarized radio wave reflection attenuator for reducing radio wave reflection of a circular-polarized wave. SOLUTION: This evaluation method for a circular-polarized radio wave reflection attenuator is provided with a procedure, in which a complex reflection coefficient of a radio wave reflection attenuator 1 to a radio wave (TE wave) having an electric field perpendicular to an incident face and that to a radio wave (TM wave) having a magnetic field perpendicular to the incident face are measured independently of each other, a procedure for finding an absolute value of an average of the measured two complex reflection coefficients as an absolute value of the complex reflection coefficient of the radio wave reflection attenuator 1 to the circular-polarized wave, and a procedure for evaluating the radio wave reflection attenuator 1 by using the found absolute value of the complex reflection coefficient to the circular-polarized wave.
