PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator capable of preventing damage to a compressor and a pipe installed on a baseplate by locking the baseplate when carrying the refrigerator, by preventing vibration generated from the compressor from being transmitted to a refrigerator body via the baseplate. SOLUTION: This refrigerator includes the refrigerator body 10 having a cooling room and a machine room 16 for preserving food, the baseplate 22 arranged in a lower part of the refrigerator body 10 and attached with the compressor 24, a lifting unit 36 arranged between the baseplate 22 and the refrigerator body 10 and movably supporting the baseplate 22 in the vertical direction, and a lock unit 40 arranged on one side of the lifting unit 36 and locking the lifting unit 36 so as to restrict the vertical movement of the baseplate 22 when moving the refrigerator.
