SLOSHING CONTROL MECHANISM OF FLOATING COVER TYPE STORAGE TANK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the sloshing control mechanism of a floating cover type storage tank for controlling sloshing when vibration is applied to the tank. SOLUTION: This floating cover type storage tank is provided with an open top tank main body 1 and a floating cover 5 which floats on the level of a fluid stored in the main body 1 and which freely slides, contacts and moves up and down relative to the side panel 4 internal peripheral face of the main body.
