PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately change a sharing ratio of front and rear wheels for roll rigidity/roll damping. SOLUTION: This grounding load controller for the vehicle is provided with a load changing means 80 for changing grounding load shared by front, rear, left, and right hydraulic cylinders for suspension 11, 12, 13, 14 by operation and a control means (ECU2) for controlling operation of the load changing means 80 in accordance with a detection signal from a vehicle condition detection means. The load changing means 80 is provided with a hydraulic cylinder 81 for controlling grounding load operating by difference in pressure by receiving oil pressure from hydraulic cylinders for suspension of left and right front wheels, a hydraulic cylinder 82 for controlling grounding load operating by difference in pressure by receiving oil pressure from hydraulic cylinders for suspension of left and right rear wheels, a shaft force ratio variable mechanism 84 capable of changing ratio of shaft force acting on piston rods 81b, 82b of each hydraulic cylinder for controlling grounding load by changing a fulcrum position of an arm 83, and an actuator 85 capable of changing the fulcrum position of the arm in accordance with a detection signal from the vehicle condition detection means.
