PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesion structure of a mounting member to a vehicle interior material capable of further increasing adhesion strength without causing cost increase due to an increase in working processes. SOLUTION: In a state where an adhesive 2 is applied to the adhesion face of a bracket 3 having a plurality of peak sections 31 including the faces of the peak sections 31, the peak sections 31 are stuck to the face of the interior material 1 previously softened by heating. Thus, the adhesion face of the bracket 3 including the peak sections 31 is adhered to the face of the interior material 1 including a recessed part formed by the peak sections 31 via the adhesive 2.
