PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner for a vehicle comfortable for an occupant in the vehicle. SOLUTION: An air duct 2 having a built-in air-conditioning machine 4 is connected to a plurality of registers 3a and 3b, a defroster 3c, and a footstep blow-out port, and temperature-adjusted air is blown out of each of the registers 3a and 3b, the defroster 3c, and the footstep blow-out port into a cabin VR. A thermistor 77 is installed in an air hose 71, an aspirator 74 is disposed in the end thereof and is arranged in the air duct 2, and thus the air hose 71 connects an air suction port 76 formed in an instrument panel 9 to the air duct 2. The air in the cabin VR sucked from the air suction port 76 is utilized to detect the temperature with the thermistor 77 and then discharged from the aspirator 74 into the air duct 2.
