<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of reduction of surface accuracy of film thickness uniformity, skew and the like, generation of catching fine dust and a micro defect, reduction of accuracy of a signal surface which is formed next and the like which are generated when signal layers are successively laminated in a multilayered optical disk and to solve the problem that out-of-focus and out-of-tracking are easily generated and playability is deteriorated by forming ruggedness of each signal layer and forming reflection film or a recording film thereon, then forming a flattened transparent resin layer positioned so as to cover the reflection film or the recording film and forming a signal layer having pits and grooves on the flattened transparent layer to form a multilayer substrate structure, in the multilayered optical disk performing recording and reproduction by using a laser beam. <P>SOLUTION: In the multilayer optical disk, more layers can be multilayered and since damage of a stamper is reduced, yield is enhanced and as a result, cost reduction of the disk can be achieved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
