<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a metal-ceramic sintered laminated body by which the number of processes is reduced and sintering temperature is lowered more than heretofore. <P>SOLUTION: At the time when two kinds of copper powder and alumina powder, two kinds of copper powder and a powdery mixture of copper powder and alumina powder, or three kinds of copper powder, a powdery mixture of copper powder and alumina powder and alumina powder are stacked and packed into a molding die, so as to be subjected to compression molding, and the obtained compression-molded body is sintered at a temperature lower than the melting point of copper, bismuth oxide is added at least to the alumina powder for forming a ceramics layer in the ratio of 0.1 to 5.0 mass%. Thus, a metal-ceramics sintered laminated body 5 (5A to 5E) in which a metal layer(s) 3 (3a, 3b) by the copper powder, a mixed layer(s) 21 (21a, 22a, 23, 23a) by the powdery mixture, and a ceramics layer 1 by the alumina powder are laminated is obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
