<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin moisturizing cosmetic composition capable of improving a tight feeling on skin, chapped skin, and a skin dehydration phenomenon, including elasticity deficiency, which are caused by change of the skin and from which many women suffer. <P>SOLUTION: This skin moisturizing cosmetic composition contains one or more kinds selected from a group consisting of Cnidium officinale root extract, Astragalus membranaceus root extract, Quercus acutissima fruit extract, Cornus officinalis fruit extract, Polygonum multiflorum leaf, root, and fruit extract, Lonicera japonica flower extract, and Scutellaria baicalensis extract as active ingredients, so that the composition improves the tight feeling on the skin, the chapped skin, and the skin dehydration phenomenon, including the elasticity deficiency, which are caused by the change of the skin and from which many of the women suffer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
