<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program link processing system which easily processing quiz, etc. in connection with television broadcasts, etc. <P>SOLUTION: With a two-dimensional code shown in a television program, a portable telephone 1 reads this code shown in the television screen by its built-in camera and accesses a URL contained in the code. A server 2 designated by the URL receives the access from the portable telephone 1, sends e.g. quiz information in connection with a program to the portable telephone 1, receives an answer from the portable telephone 1 to decide whether it is correct, and sends the decision result to the portable telephone 1. The server 2 decides whether the time of receiving the answer information is within a specified period and may send the in-period decision result.
