<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal controller capable of detecting state changes related to connection states of a communication terminal to a communication line, and a terminal control system using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The terminal controller is provided with a connector 25 for connecting to the communication line 4 to which a plurality of the communication terminals are connected; a measurement part 23 which outputs a signal for inspection to the communication line 4 via the connector 25, and acquires a reflected signal generated corresponding to the signal for inspection, a signal storage 61 for storing the reflected signal acquired by the measurement part 23; a reference data acquisition control unit 211 which makes the signal storage 61 to store the reflected signal acquired with the measurement part 23, by outputting the signal for inspection to the communication line 4 from the measurement part 23 as reference data; and an inspection control unit 212 which detects the state changes of the communication line 4, by comparing the reflected signal acquired with the measurement part 23 by outputting the signal for inspection to the communication line 4 from the measurement part 23 with the reference data stored in the signal storage part 61. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
